Hotel & Services4-star comfort and services in the heart of Gare du Nord
Hotel under influences
The imrelevance of Serge Gainsbourg and the magnetism of Yves Saint Laurent seem to be in dialogue on the lacquered walls of the Hotel Château d'Eau.
Designed by Necchi Architecture — Charlotte Albert and Alexis Lamesta — the place is built like a ballet of eras, where influences from the 70s to 90s intersect, superimpose and respond to each other.
As soon as you enter, the tone is set: shiny materials, play of reflections, a cozy atmosphere. A decor designed as a staging, at the same time elegant, graphic and slightly unexpected.

The neighborhood
In the heart of Paris's 10th arrondissement, the Hôtel Château d’Eau is immersed in the energy of Faubourg Saint-Denis, one of the capital's most vibrant neighborhoods.
The hotel boasts an ideally connected location: Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are just a few minutes' walk away, making it a natural base for travelers in transit as well as those wishing to explore the capital. The lively Strasbourg-Saint-Denis intersection and the Grands Boulevards are very close by, offering direct access to theaters, cinemas, and the Parisian buzz.
Just a few minutes away, the Canal Saint-Martin invites you for a stroll, offering a mix of lively quays and quieter moments.
A strategic location for exploring Paris, nestled between major railway lines, vibrant neighborhood life, and tranquil waterside breaks.

The Services
Necchi architecture
